Luminicell Tracker™ 540 – Vascular Labelling Kit (Green)
Luminicell Tracker™ are biocompatible organic fluorescent nanoparticles, that can be used to fluorescently tag vasculature in living tissues and animals for visualization of vascular structures and study of inflammation and vascular leakage. These nanoparticles are highly biocompatible, designed for in-vivo imaging and animal studies, serve as excellent disease diagnostic reagents.
Under normal condition, these nanoparticles flow smoothly inside blood vessels. However, under inflammation or infection, they leak out in response to blood vessel permeability changes and form localized punctate aggregates to accumulate in surrounding tissues.
Through both one-photon and multi-photon fluorescence imaging, these trackers provide an optical window for deep tissue imaging with minimized bio-substrate absorption interference.
Product comes with different pack size:

Luminicell Tracker™ are highly emissive fluorescent organic nanoparticles, built for rapid labelling of live cells with great biocompatibility. Once taken up by cells, they show intense luminescence with high photo-stability and possess durable signal for many cell generations with negligible cell toxicity.
Our cell labelling kit offers 10X brighter in fluorescence signal and 3X longer tracking duration as compared to competitive products. The labelled cells can be monitored using a variety of fluorescence techniques such as confocal microscopy, multi-photon microscopy and flow cytometry.
Luminicell Tracker™ 670 – Cell Labelling Kit contains organic nanoparticles that comes with novel aggregation induced emission (AIE) fluorescence materials with high brightness and unique spectral properties. These nanoparticles are highly biocompatible, can be used to tag cells for long term fluorescence cell experiments. Designed for applications in translational research, immune-oncology development, stem cell and gene therapy, drug development, 3D cell culture, in-vivo live-cell imaging etc.
Each standard labelling kit allows up to 100 experiments, whereas each half vial kit allows up to 50 experiments, and trial vial kit allows up to 20 experiments.
