Several rotors are available, including a popular 4 position swinging bucket rotor with a wide offering of accessories for the centrifugation of tubes, bottles, plates and blood bags. The high capacity rectangular buckets accept microplates directly or a variety of tube inserts for accomodating as many as 40 x 50ml conical or 96 x 15ml conical tubes per run.
Advanced microprocessor controls allow for instant rotor identification,
which automatically converts the rotational speed to the relevant g-force (rcf), preventing the user from setting a speed above the capabilities of the installed rotor. In addition to retrieving up to 99 saved programs, the easy to use front panel can adjust accel/decel rates, time, and convert operation between rpm and rcf. The powerful refrigeration system, with a range of -20° to 40° C, also features a precool function that ensures the temperature of the chamber is optimized for any application.
A standard floor standing model is available (height: 38.6 in.) which includes a convenient lower drawer for te storage of frequently used rotors and accessories. In addition, a space saving “underbench” model (height: 27.5 in.) is available when under the counter storage is preferred. Both models are equipped with wheels for easy maneuverability around the laboratory.

The BeadBlaster™ 24R is a highly efficient bead homogenizer with built in refrigeration to protect temperature sensitive molecules from heat degradation and denaturation.
Unlike most bead homogenizers, the BeadBlaster 24R has true, compressor-based refrigeration – no dry ice, no liquid nitrogen and no air supply needed. Simply set the desired temperature and precool the chamber. Temperature will be maintained throughout the homogenization process to keep samples cool. The BeadBlaster 24R retains many of the features of our popular BeadBlaster 24. The stainless steel tube carrier subjects samples to an optimized, high speed, 3D motion, producing high energy impacts between the samples and micro-beads to release cellular contents. Operating parameters are set and displayed digitally. A brushless motor reduces motor noise and provides maintenance free operation.

These are the first and only incubators equipped with our (patent pending) IncuView™ LCI (Live Cell Imaging) technology for viewing cells in “real timeâ€. An internal microscope and large, external display allow cells to be viewed without removal from the incubator, eliminating the inherent temperature fluctuations and risk of contamination. The Z36 HK is the result of many years of experience in the design of universal centrifuges, high speed centrifuges and compact microcentrifuges. The result is a “Super-Speed” centrifuge with unmatched performance among benchtop centrifuges. A robust motor drive powers a variety of high speed angled rotors to speeds that would generally only be achievable in large, floor-standing ultra centirfuges. 2.0ml microtube samples can reach forces above 65,000xg, while 50ml samples, as high as 41,410xg.

Ideal for the culturing of non-adherent cells, the Incu-Shaker CO2 Mini combines a precision CO2 incubation chamber with an integral orbital shaker, providing the optimum conditions for suspension cell culture.
With our unique and proprietary heat distribution technology, the incubator provides the highest levels of temperature accuracy with minimal fluctuation (within 0.1°C). The six-side heating system in combination with a low speed internal fan uniformly spreads air throughout the stainless steel chamber (without air exchange from the external environment). For applications requiring solely gravity convection, this internal fan can be disabled, significantly reducing the concern of sample to sample contamination.
A beltless motor drive provides a horizontally circular shaking motion at a consistent 19mm orbit. The included platform (9.5 x 11.5 in.) can be used for low speed shaking of a variety of laboratory vessels, including Erlenmeyer flasks, culture plates and media bottles. For high speed mixing, a patented MAGic Clamp platform is available that allows for magnetic attachment of flask clamps and tube racks.

Incu-Shaker™ 10LR is a heavy-duty performer, designed for heavy workloads and continuous use. Its outstanding temperature accuracy and uniformity are supported by proprietary heat distribution technology that ensures that temperatures are precisely maintained throughout the chamber. Inconsistencies due to stratification are reduced to negligible levels and the selected temperature is precisely maintained within 0.25%, even in the corners. The expanded temperature range, down to 15 degrees below ambient, allows for a broad range of applications.
The powerful brushless induction drive is designed for years of trouble-free service, even under continuous use conditions with heavy loads. Noise and vibration are minimized by an advanced, computer designed motor isolation system. Like other Incu-Shaker models, the 10L is built to last.
A standard, rubber mat platform is included and is ideal for use with tissue culture flasks, Petri dishes, staining trays and other flat vessels. The convenient MAGic Clamp™ platformis also available for use with Erlenmeyer flasks and test tube racks. The Z446 universal centrifuge series offers the highest capacity of any benchtop Hermle-Benchmark model. With air-craft grade, premium alloy construction, the 4 x 750ml swing out rotor can withstand centrifugal forces upwards of 4,000 x g with full loads of up to 48 x 50ml or 68 x 15ml tubes.

The Z32 HK utilizes much of the technology of our popular Z326 series, with a larger and more powerful motor drive, providing increased speed up to 20,000 rpm (38,007 x g).
With 16 available rotor options, the Z32 HK is not only ideal for high speed seperations, it would also be classified as a “universal” centrifuge, offering economy angled and swinging bucket rotors for lower speed applications. Tubes from 0.2ml up to 85ml can be accepted, and rotors can quickly be exchanged without any required programming, utilizing the instant rotor identification system.
Despite an impressive capacity of up to 4 x 100ml (or 6 x 85ml), the Z32-HK is surprisingly compact. The refrigeration system is conveniently located behind the rotor chamber, resulting in narrow design of less than 16 inches wide. The BeadBlaster™ 24 completely lyses, grinds and homogenizes a broad variety of biological samples. Even the most difficult and resistant samples are fully homogenized. The stainless steel tube carrier subjects samples to an optimized, high speed, 3D motion, producing high energy impacts between the samples and beads to release cellular contents. After homogenization, samples can be centrifuged, and the supernatant collected for further processing.

For applications requiring increased capacity over the Z306 or Z326 series
centrifuges, the Z366 series offer a unique “Mid-Range” swing out rotor that
accepts a variety of different tubes, including up to 12 x 50ml or 28 x 15ml.
Despite this step up in capacity, the Z366 maintains a surprisingly compact
design, with the standard air-cooled model featuring a footprint of 17 x 20 inches.
In addition to the popular 4 x 250ml swing out rotor, a variey of additional rotors are also available. Angled rotors range from a 24 x 1.5ml micro rotor to a high capacity 6 x 250ml rotor. A 6 x 3 position microplate rotor is also available, as well as a 4 x PCR strips (8-strips).

This module can be stored outside of the chamber and connects to the shaker via a flat (1mm thickness) cable, that easily passes through a port or underneath an incubator door without compromising the seal. This allows for user adjustment of run time or mixing speed without opening the chamber door(s).

At only 13 inches wide, the myTemp Mini CO2 is the smallest and most economical incubator for applications requiring CO2 gas control. Its small footprint makes the incubator ideal for use inside of biological safety cabinets, isolating sensitive cultures or for any laboratory simply trying to conserve bench space. With a thick layer of high efficiency insulation surrounding the chamber, the incubator is also ideal for transportation of cells. Once power has been disconnected, the incubator maintains temperature levels within 10% of the set parameter for up to 1 hour*. In addition
each model includes a 12V vehicle power adapter for operating the instrument in a car, boat, etc.
Both temperature and CO2 percentage are digitally adjustable and displayed in real time on the large LED control panel. This panel also features a “Cal†function, for easy in-lab calibration of the temperature or CO2. In addition, humidity (up to 80%) can be added to the chamber by inserting the included (stainless steel) humidity reservoir.
The CO2 level is constantly monitored using dual beam infrared sensing technology. In the event of a drop in CO2 , audible and visual alarms are triggered, notifying the user of the error.
Despite its small size, the incubator features a relatively large 20L chamber with the capacity for flasks and bottles up to 2 liters. Two removable, stainless-steel shelves are included. The shelves are perforated to improve airflow within the chamber.

The myTemp 65HC Incubator is designed to provide accurate and uniform temperature control from 0 to 60°C. The broad temperature range of the instrument expands the use of this incubator to both heating and cooling applications.
A large, digital display allows for visualization of the chamber temperature and the remaining incubation time, while an internal light is included for improved visualization of the chamber. In addition, a built in, internal outlet can be used to provide power to small instruments, such as shakers, rockers, etc.
With forced air technology and stainless steel inner construction, uniform heat transfer is ensured throughout the internal chamber. When set for sub-ambient temperatures, the powerful compressor is activated, quickly cooling the chamber to the desired temperature..
With an exterior height of 39 inches (100cm), the incubator is designed to be floor-standing, yet is also compact enough for bench-use. (Not recommended for use on benchtops taller than 32″/81cm). The instrument is supplied with two, adjustable height shelves, while additional shelves can also be purchased separately (item: H2365-SH).

H2505-130E SureTemp™ Dual Convection Incubator, 130L
The new SureTemp™ Incubator series provides the highest level of temperature control with uniformity and stability levels that are unmatched by competitive models in the same class.
Each incubator is equipped with the SureCheck™ data logging system for verification of chamber temperature. The SureCheck system records temperature data points as often as every 60 seconds and stores this information on a flash drive. The data can then be viewed and saved using the included the SureCheck software. The recorded data can also be used to plot temperature points on a graph or exported to a spread sheet program for verification or storage/record keeping.
Unlike other laboratory incubators, the SureTemp series offers “Dual-Convection†technology, allowing users to choose between mechanical convection mode* (for exceptional temperature uniformity) or gravity convection mode* (for longer incubations where airborn contamination or drying of samples may be an issue). The heating elements are strategically located on multiple sides of the chamber and contents can be viewed with the separate inner glass door without disrupting the temperature environment.
* Mechanical Convection: Incorporates optimally positioned heating elements in conjunction with an internal chamber fan to control the internal temperatue.
Gravity Convection: Eliminates any airflow from the chamber, relying solely on the heating elements and gravity to control the internal temperature.
