What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Do You Ship Internationally?
In accordance to our agreement with the vendors, the delivery is limited within Singapore. Do write in to us if you wish to ship the items to other countries outside of Singapore and we will get the approval/permission from our vendors.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order??
Standard lead time is 6 to 8 weeks, subject to the stock availability and the shipping methods.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept bank transfer, cash and cheque.
How Do I Place An Order?
Kindly send your purchase order (PO) to email@example.com according to the instant quotation generated from the website. Alternatively, you may acknowledge the acceptance of the instant quotation generated with your signature and company stamp, and email the signed/stamped quotation to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Kindly email to email@example.com to request for order cancellation. Do take note that cancellation fee is applicable. 20% of the total order amount will be billed as the cancellation fee upon receipt of PO. Additional 60% (total of 80%) of the total order amount will be billed as the cancellation fee if the items have been shipped out from the origin.
Do I Need An Account To Generate Instant Quotation?
Yes. Only registered users are able to view the pricing and generate the instant quotation.
